The Deep State has begun dismantling the American civilisational code

In 2020, it became obvious to many that the US Democratic Party used the “Black Lives Matter” movement to prevent the re-election of Donald Trump for a second term and promote Joe Biden to the post of president. However, the new US president did not limit himself to formal support of the left-wing ideology.

In the first 100 days of Joe Biden’s presidency, the contours of how the former cultural, historical and national identity is being destroyed in the United States are becoming more and more clear. American elites are consciously engaged in dismantling the very American ideology that is the basis of their cultural and civilisational code. The implications of this process go far beyond the United States itself.

I will not delve into the history of the emergence of the left movement in the United States and the BLM in particular, a lot has already been written about this. I suggest that we focus on the processes that are taking place in the United States right now.

The former United States of America that we knew was a police state, in every sense of the word. Law and order was one of the foundations of American society, and the police officer was an incorruptible model of the defender of the law, which was popularised by Hollywood.

However, things are changing now. The BLM movement was initially anti-police, and in 2020, due to the murder of George Floyd by police officers, it became mainstream in the United States. The trial of police officer Derek Chauvin was made for show. Long before the verdict of the jury, representatives of the Democratic Party and the top leadership of the United States unequivocally pointed to the guilt of Chauvin.

Democratic congresswoman Maxine Waters openly called for street protests if Derek Chauvin was acquitted. The judge responsible for this case even had to comment that such statements by Waters could be the basis for the cancellation of the entire criminal process.

Before the jury’s decision, the Minneapolis courthouse was surrounded by concrete blocks and barbed wire. Three thousand National Guard soldiers were brought to the city to disperse potential mass riots in case the “wrong” verdict was passed by the court. In other major cities in the United States, law enforcement officers were put on high alert.

However, the trial went “as it should”, the jury met in a record two days and found Chauvin guilty on all counts. Now everyone is waiting for the decision of the judge, who must declare the term of imprisonment for Chauvin in the range from 12 to 40 years.

It should be noted that in this trial, Chauvin was not defended by a prosecutor, as it is usually done in cases of the use of weapons, but by an ordinary lawyer. The fact is that now in the United States the police are being made a scapegoat in the racial problem, as if only whites work there. Representatives of the Democratic Party in Congress openly declare that the police are “inherently and intentionally racist”.

Naturally, against the background of all the hype of hysteria, in Chicago alone the number of attacks on police officers in 2020 increased fourfold. The actions of some city authorities, following the lead of BLM, to reduce the funding of the police led to mass layoffs of police officers. For example, in the New York Police Department, in 2020, the number of dismissal reports increased by 75%. Of course, such processes have affected the criminal situation: compared to 2019, the number of homicides in the United States in 2020 grew by 30%.

Joe Biden called the conviction of police officer Derek Chauvin “a step forward.” “It was a murder in broad daylight, and it ripped the blinders off from all over the world for them to see. Systemic racism is a stain on the soul of our nation,” the US president said.

Recently, speaking before Congress, Joe Biden proposed the adoption of the “Floyd Law to combat police brutality”, on the first anniversary of George Floyd’s death. Biden stressed that police reform should “restore trust between law enforcement agencies and the people they serve.” This bill passed through the House of Representatives only by the will of the Democratic Party, not a single Republican voted for it, since it restricts the rights of police officers and removes immunity for law enforcement officers who exceeded their powers when detaining suspects.

During the same introduction to Congress, Joe Biden said that the United States is the idea that everyone is created equal. Immediately after taking office, he issued an “Executive Order On Advancing Racial Equity” to combat systemic racism and “positively” promote equality and racial justice at the federal level.

Biden’s Department of Education proposed new priorities in education in order to change “attitudes toward systemic racism, emphasising the urgency of improving racial equality throughout society.” US departments and Federal agencies have resumed training for employees on unconscious bias, micro-aggression, and systemic racism.

Some adequate people are shocked by what is happening. Mike Waltz, public Curator at the US Military Academy West Point, is sounding the alarm about similar classes with cadets:

“As a Green Beret, I can’t imagine a situation in combat where I order a soldier to load a machine gun, and he now has a seed planted in his subconscious: am I sending him because he’s African American? Should I feel guilty about this, because of white privilege? It’s absolutely devastating for morale, for unity, for everything I know about the military studies”.

The Department of Education’s priorities also include the New York Times 1619 project, which aims to rethink US history, where the consequences of slavery and the contributions of black Americans are a major part. All this is very close to a critical racial theory, the central tenet of which is that racism, and not freedom, is the fundamental value and guiding vision of American society.

The absurdity of Biden’s statements about the idea of equality lies in the fact that, for example, a proponent of critical racial theory, law professor Andre Douglas Pond Cummings, explains: “Critical racial theory calls into question the very legitimacy of the legal system.” “Treating people with different histories equally, when some of them have been historically oppressed, can lead to unfair outcomes.”

Another law professor, Robert Westley, argues that racism is embedded in the US legal system and social structures, “so you don’t have to think about it anymore, and at the current stage you can have racism without racists.”

There are by no means marginal individuals who go even further. Ibram Xolani Kendi is an anti-racist activist and historian of racial and discriminatory politics in America, and director of the Center for Anti-Racist Studies at Boston University. According to Time magazine, Candy was included in the list of the 100 Most Influential People of 2020. So he writes that “The only remedy for discrimination in the past is discrimination in the present. The only remedy for discrimination in the present is discrimination in the future.”

This is already the practice of the Joe Biden administration. Texas farmer Sid Miller sued the Biden administration for discriminating against white farmers when he was subsidised from a COVID-19 aid package. Newsweek reports that in Washington State, white people cannot subscribe for vaccination because the local Department of Health prioritises “black, native, and coloured people.”

The idea of systemic racism has permeated all the structures of American society, and of course, cultural figures are kept in the “front lines” there. At the last Academy Awards ceremony, the host said directly that “We are all here today because of what happened in Minneapolis,” referring to the sentencing of police Officer Chauvin.

One of the black actresses said: “If last week in Minneapolis (meaning the verdict for police officer Chauvin) everything went differently, I would have exchanged my shoes for hiking boots.”

The competition was won by the film “Land of the Nomads”, directed by Chloe Zhao, a lady of American-Chinese descent. The film begins with the fact that in a town called Empire, a city-forming factory for the production of drywall was closed, and then the city was deprived of its postal code altogether. The plot consists in the fact that having lost her job and friends, the main character, of retirement age, wanders around the country in her van, periodically earning extra money where it’s possible.

For such people in the United States, there is a definition of “white trash” in urban slang. These people realise the hopelessness of their existence. There is an episode in the film where the leader of the nomad movement says that they simply have to accept the “tyranny of the dollar”.

In the course of the main character’s aimless journey and conversations about death, the film shows the melancholic landscape of a degraded America – the landscape of a disappearing empire. It is precisely this image of the United States that the “dream factory” Hollywood promotes, awarding the film “Land of Nomads” the highest prize of the American Film Academy “Oscar”. Based on this, we can say that the “American dream” in the form of equal opportunities for the realisation of everyone’s talents, has degraded to the dream of dying in peace.

All these processes in the United States are being thrown out and become the subject of discussion for other countries.

Many have already heard that on March 18, during the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the United States and China in Alaska, the parties exchanged harsh accusations of human rights violations. However, few people know that on March 30, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, in fact, recognised the validity of China’s claims: “we know that we have a job at home that involves fighting deep inequalities, including systemic racism.”

In this regard, the State Department is sharply changing its approach. Here’s how his representative Ned Price even commented on the verdict of Derek Chauvin’s guilt:

“The result does not represent complete justice, but it represents an action that is a step towards combating institutional racism in America. The verdict also does not lessen the pain experienced by black and brown communities, which is a profound trauma that people of colour and marginalised communities around the world can relate to.”

When reporter Matt Lee pointed out to Price that the Floyd verdict was not the State Department’s responsibility, Price replied that “I think instead of talking about a particular case, we’re talking about our values”. “And of course, what happens here has consequences all over the world.”

However, even in the camp of liberals, not everyone shares such a sharp change in approaches. The Wall Street Journal published a critical article about the new permanent representative of the United States to the United Nations, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, who in an interview told about how, on the international stage, she talks about the racial injustice that she personally had to face in America, as well as about the original sin of slavery, which wove white supremacy into the fundamental documents and principles of the United States.

The Wall Street Journal equated these statements with statements of Chinese propaganda. “It seems that Thomas-Greenfield believes that her job is to bring to the world criticism based on racial theory, with a particular emphasis on criticism of her own country,” the article concludes.

Former State Department Chief Mike Pompeo has called for the removal of Linda Thomas-Greenfield from office. However, at the White House, when asked if Joe Biden would do it, Jennifer Psaki said that Biden is proud that an African-American woman, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, is the US representative to the UN.

She also said that “there is no doubt that there was a history of institutional racism in this country, and this does not require confirmation by the UN ambassador.” “Every day we strive to make ourselves more perfect and fair,” despite the “imperfection of America.”

I would like to draw your attention to this fundamental change in the ideological approach. Previously, being president, Biden’s running mate – Barack Obama called the American nation exceptional, and now Joe Biden calls it tainted because of racism. The State Department deliberately focuses the attention of the whole world on this, and the White House calls America imperfect. In these statements, the image of the United States of the founding fathers as a “shining city on a hill” disappeared somewhere.

Of course, the United States has identified the culprit of this imperfection. Speaking to Congress and speaking about the threats to the United States, Joe Biden said: “White supremacy is terrorism, and we are not going to ignore it either. My dear Americans, listen, we must come together to heal the soul of this nation.”

We are witnessing a historic moment. The American liberal elites use the black population as the most passionate part of society and, by labelling the whites as terrorists in advance, redraw the civilisational code of the American nation to fit their own patterns.

Looking at this situation, a natural question arises: “If, because of such a sharp change in the ideological paradigm, dissonance arises even among the liberal part of the American public, then do the elites really expect to simply suppress the conservative part of society?”

We should not forget that almost half of American voters voted for Donald Trump, and it will not be possible to quickly reformat the worldview of such a mass of the population. From this we can conclude that the emergence of new forms of socio-political conflict, fraught with great consequences, awaits the United States.

In the second part of the article we will answer the question of why the deep state is redrawing the civilisational code of America with such shocking and dirty methods.
